I woke up at 4:15 am in the morning, or was in night, it was still dark, Since I couldn't go back to sleep, I did some computer stuff. I managed to fall asleep again at around 7:30 for about at hour.
I left at around 10 and drove to the Old Orchard Mall, where I was supposed to meet Marlene Kaplan at The Bagel. I took me a while to find it, but I eventually got there. We had a nice brunch and schmooze, and then went to Barnes and Noble, because I needed something to read (There will not be a book report when I finish the book),
At Marlene's suggestions I drove to the Chicago Botanical Gardens. It was a great day to be outside, and the gardens were lovely.
I got home around 3 pm, and rested.
At 6 pm I went to Darlene and Norman Padnos for Friday night dinner. Their son, Mitch was there with his family, and we had a very nice dinner.
I got home at 10:30 and went to bed.
I had a good nights sleep.
